Bulk Actions FAQ

Get answers to common questions for the bulk actions update

Q: Where can I perform bulk actions?

A: Bulk actions can be preformed in the Settings tab of Instructor Dashboard. 

Q: Do both instructors and admins have access to bulk actions?

A: Yes, both account types will have access to all bulk actions features.

Q: Where can I see a students invite status?

A: You will find a students invite status in the students list in both the Stats and Settings tabs. You can further filter students by their status by clicking on the three line filter icon in the student list.

Q: How do I add students to a group at invite?

A: You will see a new “Add to Group” toggle button at the bottom of the add student tab. Clicking that button will allow you to add students to an existing or new group.

Q: If I assign a student to the wrong group on invite, can I change that before they accept the invite?

A: Yes, you can edit pending students groups just as you would students who have accepted their invite.

Q: Do I need to follow up with students who’s status is still pending?

A: Pocket Prep automatically sends pending students five (5) reminder emails over a two week period to redeem their license after the initial invite. If you feel the need to manually resend invites to pending students, you can do so in bulk or individually through the Settings tab.
